Irvênia Prada and animals’ spirituality

Irvênia Prada is our
interviewee this week. In
the interview, authored by
our newest collaborator,
Lívia Seneda, one of the
subjects was, as it could
not be different, the
spirituality of the animals,
a very important subject to
the esteemed and respected
writer and divulger of the
Spirit Doctrine.
An interesting analysis
about the doctrinal
contribution brought by
Emmanuel, who was the
spiritual coordinator of the
work developed by the medium
Chico Xavier, is the theme
of the Special written by
our collaborator Leonardo
Marmo Moreira. In his
article, he seeks to answer

The traditional Fraternal
Meeting with Divaldo Franco,
its 21st edition, was held
on 20-23 September in Praia
do Forte, Bahia, with the
theme "The Empty and the
Existential Sense". A total
audience of 609 people from
25 states and 8 foreign
countries were present at
the event, as our
collaborator Paulo Salerno
tells us in a special issue
that is one of the
highlights of this edition.

At the age of 82, Richard
Simonetti died on the
morning of last Wednesday
(october 3, 2018). His
career was marked by his
total devotion to teaching
the Spiritist Doctrine, as
well as the love of
neighbor. For many years, he
was in charge of the
Spiritist Center Love and
Charity, of Bauru (SP). A
retired banker since 1986, a
month ago he released his
65th book entitled "The best
is to live!" The text
highlights how, under
spiritual guidance, it is
possible to develop relief
actions in favor of people
who think of committing
suicide.
Simonetti was being treated
for cancer at the Unimed
Hospital. The funeral took
place in the Noble Hall 2 of
the Centro Terra Branca and
the burial was at 9:00 am on
the following day, Thursday
(4th), in the
Jardim Ype Cemetery, in the
city of Bauru.
Our esteemed confrere was a
great disseminator of
Spiritism through speech and
books. Our gratitude and our
best spiritual vibrations go
to Richard Simonetti and are
extended to his family as
well.
