Text
Polygamy
is
about
to
end
1. The marriage, that
is, the union of two
beings, is a progress of
Humanity. The halt of
polygamy is a sign of
social progress.
Marriage, according to
God, must be based upon
the affection they have
for each other. In
polygamy there’s no real
affection, there’s only
sensuality.
2. If polygamy were
according to the natural
law, it would be
impossible for it to go
global, because of the
numerical equality
between men and women.
It should be considered,
thus, an unusual way of
living and the social
progress will make it
disappear, little by
little. With due effect,
despite some nations
still adopt polygamy,
such as the Muslims from
North Africa and several
Asian countries, the
tendency is the total
abolition of this.
3. Building up the real
happiness doesn’t lie in
sexual satisfaction. The
exchange of sex cells
among human beings is
just one of myriad forms
of love. The interchange
of forces alike,
combined fluids,
vibrations among souls
that love each other, is
the most meaningful form
of love.
4. There is a great
difference between
polygamy and monogamy,
and the conquest of the
latter is without the
shadow of a doubt a
progress of Mankind when
it comes to feelings.
The relationship, by the
vows of the marriage, is
a real opportunity of
progress, because the
constitution of a home
does not only allow the
reincarnation of
Spirits, so that, they
make up from the acts of
the past, as it
represents the cell of
the universal family,
first unit of the
spiritual education.
Those who practice
celibacy are divided
into two groups
5. Even though the
marriage is important,
there are people who
prefer to live on
celibacy, which is the
state of a person who
remained single. No sex
and celibacy can
basically mean two
things: either the
Spirit who decided to
develop itself, or he
was forced to do so.
6. People who are able
to refrain from living a
relationship, with the
goal of being helpful
towards others, are
definitely on the way of
improvement. It is the
case of souls that, to
obtain the sacred
accomplishments of God
in themselves, resign
their lives, in
existence of holy
abnegation, refraining
from relationships
temporarily, in the
sense of enhancing their
affections and feelings.
