20th edition
This week’s editorial,
The purpose of creating an
index of spiritist works,
examines a serious complaint
that assigns to the National
Federative Council the idea
of setting up an index of
spiritist works in Brazil.
Karina Granado, from São
Carlos-SP, talks about how
the Eurípedes Barsanulfo
Street Post, which attends
to the homeless people of
her city, was formed and
works. Lawyer and university
professor, she is the first
secretary of the Workers of
Good Spiritist Society, that
maintains the aforementioned
activity. The interview,
written by Orson Peter
Carrara is one of the
features of this edition.
Another feature of this
edition is the special
article entitled "Spiritist
Science - philosophical
reflections", authored by
our colleague Nubor Facure.
The 20th
Spiritist Week of Londrina
took place from July 9th
to 16th, event
promoted by the Metropolitan
Londrina URE, whose
activities were developed by
the Our Home Spiritist
Center. The report about
this important event is also
one of the features of the
week.

Tomorrow, July 25th,
we commemorate the birth of
our colleague Newton Boechat,
which occurred in 1928 in
the city of Apiacá. Medium,
author and renowned
spiritist speaker, Boechat,
who died on August 28, 1990,
authored the following
works: Go Forth and Preach,
The Thorn of
Dissatisfaction, The Apostle
Paul before Festus and
Agrippa, From Atom to
Archangel, On the Maturity
of the Ages and Before, and
Beyond the Border of Ashes,
the last three in
partnership with Gilberto
Perez Cardoso.
