This week’s editorial, “Violence:
how to understand it "
examines the present wave of
violence in street
demonstrations that have
produced so much destruction
and many victims in Rio de
Janeiro and other major
Brazilian cities.
One of the highlights of
this edition is the
interview granted to us by
colleague Jorge Augusto
Gonçalves dos Reis, from Sao
José dos Campos- SP.
Musician, broadcaster and
writer, Jorge is Director of
AME - Maternal Spiritist
Association and author of “Between
the Heart and Reason, themes
for reflection" , “Minutes
of Reflection” and “Spiritual
Songs, how they happen.”
He also participates in the
Musical Group
Castelã
and presents the radio
program Spiritist
Experience and the TV
program Spiritist Vision,
topics about which he speaks
in his interview.
Another highlight of this
edition is the special
article titled "After the
frontier", by José
Estênio Gomes Negreiros,
from Fortaleza-CE. In the
article, which was divided
into two parts, the author
focuses on the book “The
Communication with the
beyond”, which reports
several cases of premonition
and of communication between
embodied and disembodied
spirits, an irrefutable
proof of the continuation of
life beyond the grave.
On Sunday, Feb. 16th,
there was another
anniversary of the
disembodiment of
Jésus
Gonçalves, founder of the
Spiritist Society St.
Augustine that operated
within the colony of lepers
Pirapitingui, as shown in a
special article, which is
also one of the highlights
of this edition.
