A
chat with
Adriano Cezar
Runho, from São Carlos-SP
“The
difficult struggle for equal
rights among men”
is the title and theme of
this week's editorial, in
which we recall that 50
years ago, precisely on July
2nd, 1964, was
enacted the law that ended
racial segregation in the
USA.
Adriano Cezar Runho,
colleague based in São
Carlos-SP, is interviewed
this week. Speaker and
worker associated with the
Portal of Light Spiritist
Center in Araraquara,
Adriano talks in the
interview about his research
on the work of José
Herculano Pires, whose
centenary is celebrated this
year. The interview is one
of the highlights of this
edition.
Another highlight is the
conclusion of the Special
article "Gospel and
Spiritism, a hymn to the
immortal love", authored
by Marcus De Mario, from Rio
de Janeiro-RJ. In the
article, the author shows us
the work of Allan Kardec,
the Encoder doctrine, in the
preparation of the book
The Gospel According to
Spiritism.
In late June, Divaldo Franco
participated in the
celebrations of the first
anniversary of the
Kardecista Spiristist Union
in Lima, Peru, as reported
by our collaborator María
Reyna in an article which is
also one of the highlights
of this edition.
