The answers to the questions presented, founded in the 2th edition published by FEB, based on translation of Anna Blackwell, are at the end of the text below.

Questions

A. Where is the written law of God?

B. According to the school spirit, Jesus is the most perfect type that God gave to man to act as his guide and model. Now, considering that Jesus taught the true laws of God, what is the use of teaching that spirits bring us?

C. To please God and to ensure a good future position, just a man not to do evil?

D. There are different degrees of merit of the good we do?

E. How many parts to divide the teaching spirit and law of God which is among them, the most important?

Text for reading

342. Natural law is the law of God and is the only true for the happiness of man. She tells you what to do or not do, and he is only unfortunate when it moves away. (L.E., 614)

343. The law of God is eternal and unchanging as God Himself. (L.E., 615)

344. God is not deceived. The men are forced to change their laws, which are imperfect. The laws of God are perfect. The harmony that reigns in the material universe, as in the moral universe is based on laws established by God from all eternity. (L.E., 616)

345. All the laws of Nature are Divine Laws because God is its author. The wise man studies the laws of matter, the good man studies and practices of the soul. Man can develop further, but one lifetime is not enough for this. (L.E., 617 and 617 - "A")

346. Between the divine laws, one governing the movement and the relationship of raw material: there are physical laws, which belongs to the Science study. The other concern especially to the man considered in himself and in their relationships with God and his fellows: they are moral laws. (L.E., 617, comments by Allan Kardec)

347. Reason tells us that divine laws are appropriate to the nature of each world and to the appropriate degree of advancement of beings that inhabit them. (L.E., 618)

348. Men may know the law of God, but not everyone understands. The understanding varies with the degree of perfection that the soul has attained. (L.E., 619 and 620)

349. The true prophet is a good man, inspired by God. You may recognize him by his words and his actions. God never makes use of the mouth of the liar to teach the truth. (L.E., 624)

350. The divine laws are written everywhere in the book of Nature. That's why its precepts were proclaimed, in all ages, by men of good and that elements of them are, although incomplete or tampered with, the moral teaching of all the people coming out of barbarism. (L.E., 626)

351. It is necessary that everything comes to your time. The truth is like light: a man must get used to it little by little, otherwise, was mesmerized. God never allowed man to receive communications as complete and instructive today as they are given. (L.E., 628)

352. Morality is the rule of good conduct, that is, to distinguish well from evil. Is based on observance of the God’s law. The man does do well when all the good of all, because then fulfill the law of God. (L.E., 629)

353. Man, when he believes in God and want to know, has ways to distinguish yourself what is good and what is evil. God gave him to do so, the intelligence. (L.E., 631)

354. Jesus said that you would see what you do. Everything is all about. By doing so, no one be mistaken about the distinction between good and evil. (L.E., 632)

355. In all of the natural law applies: when you eat too much, you see that it makes you sick. The natural law for man draws the limits of their requirements. If it exceeds it, is punished by suffering. If it were always the voice that tells you - just would avoid most of the evils, which casts the blame Nature. (L.E., 633)

356. Why the devil is in the nature of things? I could not have God created mankind in a better position? Answer: "Have you said, the spirits are created simple and ignorant. God lets man choose the path. So much the worse for it, if you take the evil way: the longer their pilgrimage. If there were no mountains, man would not understand that may rise or fall if there were no rocks would not understand that there are hard bodies. We need the Spirit to gain experience, it is therefore necessary to know good and evil. This is why it joins the body. " (L.E., 634)

357. The law of God is the same for all, but depends mainly on the evil that will have to practice it. Good is always good and evil always evil. Only difference is the degree of responsibility. Is far more guilty man, and knows what he does best. (L.E., 636 to 638)

358. The evil lies about who he was the perpetrator. So who is driven to do evil by their position in a similar place, is less guilty than those who, in so doing, have occasioned. Each one will be punished, not only for the evil he has made, but the evil that has taken place. (L.E., 639)

359. He who does no wrong, but takes advantage of the evil done by others, is guilty as if he had practiced. Leverage is the evil part of it. (L.E., 640)

360. It will be so objectionable, and do evil, desire it? Answer: "As same. There is reason to resist the evil that voluntarily want to practice, especially when there is a possibility to satisfy this desire. If only not do for lack of opportunity, those who wish to blame." (L.E., 641)

361. There is no one who cannot do good. Only the selfish never find the opportunity to practice. Not a day of existence that do not offer anyone who is not selfish opportunity to practice it. Why do good is not for man, only to be charitable, but be useful, as far as possible, every time your competition will be required. (L.E., 643)

362. For some men, the middle where they are placed is the primary cause of many vices and crimes, but still there is no proof that the Spirit chose, when released, led by the desire to expose themselves to temptation, to have the merit of resistance. (L.E., 644)

363. Although steeped in the atmosphere of vice, the drag for evil is never overwhelming, because within the environment of addiction confront the great virtues. (L.E., 645)

364. The merit of the good is the difficulty of practicing it. There is no merit in doing so effortlessly and when nothing is hard. Better account of the poor that God has shared with his only other piece of bread than the rich that only gives you plenty of what he said to Jesus, about the widow's mite. (L.E., 646)

Answers to questions

A. Where is the written law of God?

In consciousness. (The Spirits' Book, issues 621, 621 - "A" and 622.)

B. According to the school spirit, Jesus is the most perfect type that God gave to man to act as his guide and model. Now, considering that Jesus taught the true laws of God, what is the use of teaching that spirits bring us?

Jesus often employed, in their language, allegories and parables, because he spoke in accordance with the times and places. Implies the need to now that the truth becomes intelligible to everybody, so it is necessary that those laws are explained and developed, so there are few who understand them and even less those who practice them. The mission of the higher spirits is to open the eyes and ears to all, confusing the proud and exposing the hypocrites and those who wear the cloak of virtue and religion in order to hide their shame. (Ibid., issues 625, 627 and 628.)

C. To please God and to ensure a good future position, just a man not to do evil?

No. He should do good in the end of his tether, will be responsible for all evil because there is a result of not having done any good. (Ibid., issues 630, 641 and 642.)

D. There are different degrees of merit of the good we do?

Yes, the merit of good practice is the difficulty of it. There is no merit in doing so effortlessly and when nothing is hard. Better account of the poor that God has shared with his only other piece of bread than the rich that only gives you plenty of what he said to Jesus, about the widow's mite. (Ibid., 643 and 646 questions.)

E. How many parts to divide the teaching spirit and law of God which is among them, the most important?

In ten parts, as Moses divided in order to cover all circumstances of life, which is essential. The last part - the law of justice, love and charity - is, however, the most important because it provides that the man was more forward in the spiritual life and because it sums up all others. (Ibid., 647 and 648 questions.)
